IMPORTANT notes for preparing the Camera Ready Extended Abstract (For accepted papers only)

We appreciate the following actions from you:
1. Please make sure the final manuscript has gone through ithenticate process. Similarity result with more than 30% will not be considered.
2. The final manuscript is strictly needed to adhere to IEEE format. Please go to www.pdf-express.org and log in (or create new login) using 46580x as Conference ID.
3. Complete the IEEE Electronics Copyright Transfer (eCF) in EDAS.

1. To enjoy the Early Bird Registration Status, please register no later than 15th of January 2020. Go to https://edas.info/r25522 to register.
2. Registration after 15th of January 2020 will be considered as a Normal Registration Participant.
3. The camera-ready paper submission (amended extended abstract) and the payment of the Early Bird Registration should be completed no later than 15th of February 2020.
4. Registration due date is 3rd of February 2020 for Normal Registration through EDAS.

Information on the Preparation of Manuscript

  • Only extended abstract of maximum TWO (2) pages (2 columns format) is accepted for ICP2020.

Information on the Submission of Manuscript

All paper submissions to ICP2020 should be made through EDAS Conference Services. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to your EDAS account (http://edas.info).
  2. Click the Submit Paper tab and find ICP20120 from the "Conference" column. Then click on the Submit Icon on the right most column.
    Or, you can click http://edas.info/N25522 to be directed to the submission page.
  3. Choose your submission track (Invited or submitted extended abstract).
  4. Fill in the required fields, then select suitable Topics.
  5. Click the "Submit" at the bottom of the page. You will be directed to a page that acknowledges your paper's registration and allows you to add authors. A confirmation email will also be sent to you.
  6. Add all the authors associated with the paper by Email address, EDAS ID or last names. If an author does not have EDAS account, you will be prompted for the information to register them and they will receive an email with their password.

  7. Follow the instruction on the acknowledgement page to upload your paper. Alternatively, you can choose to upload your paper later.
